The hotel is ideally located for exploring, with lots of dining options nearby. The rooms, while clean, needed a bit more attention to detail. The lack of proper heating made it a bit chilly at times. The service was hit and miss, with helpful moments but also some lackluster interactions.

The rooms looked identical to the standard double room I initially booked. They seemed clean but lacked attention to detail, with smears on mirrors and dirt on the leather that could have easily been wiped down. The radiator didn't work, and adjusting the heating was not easy. It was a bit on the cool side in the evenings and mornings.

The service had its ups and downs. While they were super helpful when I asked for a room change to avoid street noise, the check-in experience was unwelcoming and uninterested. I appreciated the staff who provided the door code as I walked past.

Staying at The Eaton Townhouse for a 2-night stay was a wonderful experience. The location is brilliant, being just within an hour from The Beverley and close to London Victoria station. The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes from Victoria Station. The rooms are super comfortable and scrupulously clean, offering a really nice space in Central London. The service was very welcoming and the staff super friendly, although they had limited English which made it a bit challenging to navigate the area. The dining options were limited but the fresh pastries were a nice touch. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation hubs and nearby attractions. Overall, a lovely stay with great value for money.
